About the Role

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline representative of blithequark, engaging with potential claimants via an automated dialer system. Your primary objective will be to assess their eligibility for compensation and provide them with the necessary guidance and support. This role demands a unique blend of excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with a high volume of callers (40-50 per day) and assess their potential eligibility for compensation claims.
  • Utilize phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focused on retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates.
  • Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues independently and maintain a distraction-free workspace.
  • Engage in other projects as needed and demonstrate flexibility in your role.

Essential Qualifications

  • A noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB) for clear communication.
  • Residency in either Florida or New Jersey.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Hours of Operation As a full-time Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll work a standard 40-hour week, with the following schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern.
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
  • Training schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
