Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for customers initiating chat support, effectively communicating and understanding their inquiries, issues, and needs.
  • Problem Resolution: Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and address customer concerns promptly, providing accurate information and solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and policies to provide informed and accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Chat Management: Manage chat queues efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups with customers, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Documentation: Record interactions and document issues accurately in our CRM system, highlighting recurring problems and contributing to knowledge base articles or FAQs for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including technical support and product development, to relay customer feedback and potential areas for enhancement.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed designated performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, services, and best practices in customer service and support to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will need:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat support environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with chat support software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with technical products or services is a plus.
