Job Overview

In this remote position, you will be responsible for comparing data with source documents submitted by our members, checking for accuracy, and verifying that supporting documentation meets specified requirements. Your exceptional attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and ability to handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet the established daily quota for data entry and processing
  • Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Understand and follow specific instructions and procedures for data entry and processing
  • Accurately document and record member information in our system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members through timely and accurate processing of submissions
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proficient in PC operations and navigation, with strong technical skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely document member information
  • Desire and ability to be a team player, with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving common goals
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experience and skills are preferred:

  • Experience with data entry and CRM software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
  • Data entry experience, with a strong understanding of data processing and management principles
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Work from Home Requirements

To be successful in this remote position, you will need to have the following:

  • Reliable internet service with 10MB upload/download ability in your home
  • Quiet and private workspace free of distraction and interruption
  • A dedicated computer and phone line for work purposes
  • A strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
