Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Manager (Technical), you will be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders at a set of high-value customer accounts, understanding their businesses and needs
  • Identifying opportunities to deepen and expand their business with blithequark, and ensuring overall satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward, based on detailed feedback from merchants
  • Developing and executing strategies to reduce churn and grow revenue for our Enterprise and mid-market merchants
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and making recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or finance-related industry

  • Proven track record of success in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations
  • Experience working with CRM systems, customer data platforms, and other tools to manage customer relationships and data
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Knowledge of finance solutions, payment processing, or related industries
  • Experience working with technical teams, such as product development or engineering
  • Certification in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly in regions where blithequark operates

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
