Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently process customer data, including updating records and maintaining data integrity

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Open Office, and Google Docs
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop with a webcam (for video conferencing)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications:
