Responsibilities As a Salesforce Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Entering data into the Salesforce.com CRM platform with accuracy and attention to detail * Properly labeling data within Salesforce for tracking and reporting purposes * Researching clients and partners using tools such as Spokeo and Snov.io to gather contact information and bios * Entering client and partner bios into Salesforce for tracking and reporting purposes * Taking on special projects with proven success and a positive attitude Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent training * Strong data entry experience with Salesforce * Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently * Ability to research and gather information using online tools * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with nonprofit organizations or in the philanthropic space * Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM platform * Experience with data entry and research * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds Benefits * Part-time, flexible remote positions available (5-20 hours per week) * Opportunity to work with a diverse, global team representing over 25 cultures * Gain experience with a Tech for Good nonprofit and contribute to our mission of creating a world where giving and volunteering are a natural part of everyday life * Proven success and a positive attitude may lead to J1, OPT visas * Opportunity to develop new skills and gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Duration and Location * The position is available part-time (5-20 hours per week) for a minimum of six months * Remote positions available with a highly globally focused team from over 20 countries, including Russia, China, Japan, Ukraine, Georgia, the Philippines, Haiti, Germany, Canada, the Kurdish population, South Korea, the U.K., Brazil, Kenya, and many more How to Apply To apply for this exciting opportunity, please submit your application through blithequark's website.
