Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services, and address customer concerns and issues
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
• Process orders, forms, and applications, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service they received
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service procedures and implement process improvements
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed and effective support to customers

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
