Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reading and interpreting customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via catalog, and online, including deciphering difficult handwriting
  • Accurately entering data into specified Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring consistency and attention to detail
  • Verifying the accuracy of data before entry and reporting any errors to your supervisor
  • Maintaining accurate and updated logs of ongoing work, including tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing and copying for approximately three hours daily

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
