  • Process customer orders and ensure timely data entry of sales transactions, maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of all data entered and updated, adhering to data management best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to verify and validate data accuracy, ensuring seamless integration across teams.
  • Conduct periodic audits of data entries to identify discrepancies and resolve issues, driving continuous improvement.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers via email and chat regarding data-related inquiries, delivering high-quality customer service.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in data entry and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have:
