We are seeking a passionate Global Healthcare Life Science (HCLS) Startup Director to scale NVIDIA’s developer ecosystem worldwide. Today, more than 4,500 healthcare life science startups are part of NVIDIA Inception, a free program guiding AI startups through our platform and ecosystem. This role centers on building programs that drive adoption of NVIDIA technology by the HCLS startup community, through team leadership, cross-functional execution, and engagement with VCs, accelerators and the HCLS startup ecosystem overall. The role requires the ability to think strategically about the HCLS startup ecosystem, lead within a highly matrixed organization, drive detailed execution, and deliver results. The ideal candidate will bring domain expertise, be well networked within the Healthcare and Life Sciences ecosystem, and have experience in developing and optimizing scalable industry specific developer programs. The ideal candidate can navigate fast-moving startup ecosystems, and brings the creativity and intensity to lead teams, engage founders, and scale developer impact across multiple regions. What youll be doing:

  • Direct and mentor teams driving engagement with the HCLS startup ecosystem at scale globally. Provide thought leadership combined with operational excellence to translate vision into reality across geographies.
  • Develop and deliver scalable programs in partnership with internal cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption of NVIDIA technology by healthcare startups.
  • Engage VCs and the HCLS startup ecosystem at scale to unlock access to HCLS startups and developers, engage the HCLS investment community to accelerate adoption of NVIDIA technology and extend ecosystem reach.
  • Drive strategy, execution, and operational excellence to continuously improve programs, outcomes, and startup success.

What we need to see:

  • 15+ overall years experience in driving technology adoption, developer relations, business development, or startup ecosystems.
  • 5+ years experience leading high performing teams.
  • MBA or Masters degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of HCLS global developer and startup communities and ecosystem dynamics.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams and stand up and deliver programs at scale in collaboration with cross functional partners.
  • Broad network across HCLS startups, VCs, and accelerators.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and execution skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Prior experience with AI, machine learning, or high-performance computing.
  • Background in venture capital, startup acceleration, or developer advocacy.
  • Familiarity with startup ecosystems across North America, Europe, and Asia.
  • Experience raising capital or founding a startup.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 308,000 USD - 471,500 USD.
