Job Summary
We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team on a part-time basis, working under 4 hours per day from the comfort of your home. As a Remote Social Media Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via social media platforms, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities
As a Remote Social Media Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary

Requirements
