Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team on a part-time basis, working under 4 hours per day from the comfort of your home. As a Remote Social Media Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via social media platforms, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are proficient in using various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Social Media Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keeping up-to-date with blithequark products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collecting and reporting customer feedback to help improve blithequark's offerings and customer experience
  • Assisting in creating and updating FAQs and other customer support resources

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or remote setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • A high level of empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic knowledge of blithequark products and services is a plus
