Job Summary As a Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for entering customer information into our databases, responding to customer inquiries, and providing solutions to issues they may face. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
