Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Success Manager - Digital Transformation, your primary focus will be on managing all post-sales activities for our Digital Success customers. This will involve:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our product and its applications, with a focus on identifying opportunities to accelerate customer business objectives
  • Leveraging high-touch and one-to-many tactics to drive positive outcomes and articulate value realized for our customers' businesses
  • Analyzing customer data to create and execute engagement strategies within your customer portfolio
  • Proactively identifying and flagging churn risk, working collaboratively with other account team members to mitigate
  • Partnering with Account Executives, Customer Success Engineers, and Technical Consultants to provide effective customer engagements
  • Advocating for our customers by identifying trends and providing internal feedback on how blithequark can better serve our customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success or Customer Specialist role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS industry
  • Experience and proficiency with Front-end web development libraries and frameworks like React, Node, and Next.js
  • A significant level of comfort interacting with a high volume of customers across various mediums (phone, email, webinars)
  • Strong initiative and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Strong collaboration mindset and capabilities
  • Comfortable with asynchronous work and navigating through ambiguity as we continue to build and refine the digital customer success segment
