We are currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Application Administrator to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This is an entry-level role that offers the opportunity to work closely with end-users, setting up their organization and user credentials, and supporting the transition to a new application.

Job Summary

As an Application Administrator at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting the divisions by working a shift that aligns with their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include manual data entry, application administration, and customer service. You will be required to have excellent typing skills, fast and accurate ( >40 wpm), excellent command of the English language, and proficiency in Word and Excel. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual data entry to build organizations and users in our new application, Link
  • Provide excellent customer service to end-users, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the development team to support the Beacon-to-Link migration project
  • Assist with setting up organization and user credentials, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless transition to the new application

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate ( >40 wpm); IKM assessment required
  • Excellent command of the English language; bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
  • Proficient in Word and Excel; experience with other Microsoft Office applications a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work in a fully remote environment
  • Any tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience will be a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in application administration, customer service, or a related field
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and ticketing systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Shifts and Work Schedule

Shifts range from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST. As an Application Administrator, you will be required to work a shift that aligns with the division's needs.
