The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
  • Upsell and cross-sell blithequark products and services
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed support

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
