Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with customers on a daily basis to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Utilizing fact-finding sales methods to customize blithequark programs and services to meet customer needs and identify new business opportunities
- Ensuring accurate account setup, maintenance, and closure of all customer account information
- Handling customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, following our customer complaint resolution policy
- Performing soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due, as well as some cash handling
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills, including typing and data entry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on team building and developing positive relationships with colleagues and customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
- US citizenship, permanent residency, or authorization to work in the United States
- No requirement for sponsorship for an employment visa
