Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and informed decision-making through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data visualizations, reports, and analytics solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. With a strong focus on business acumen, technical expertise, and collaboration, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing and executing data analysis and mining projects to uncover key business insights and trends
• Developing and maintaining complex data models, dashboards, and reports using various tools and technologies
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored data solutions
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
• Guiding and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and expertise

Key Responsibilities

* Design and execute data analysis and mining projects to uncover key business insights and trends

• Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports using various tools and technologies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored data solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in data analysis software and applications, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
• Certification in data science or a related field
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
