Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve not only serving drinks but also engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with guests, providing friendly and efficient service while addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, contributing to the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth operation during busy periods.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest services at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper phone etiquette when taking orders over the phone.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is highly desirable, showcasing your familiarity with hospitality and guest services.
- Skills in food preparation and cooking are advantageous, enhancing your ability to support the kitchen team when required.
- Experience as a delivery driver or barista would be beneficial, demonstrating versatility in various roles within the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members alike.
- A solid understanding of food safety practices is crucial for maintaining hygiene standards in food handling and preparation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
