For more information about Texas McCombs please visit: https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)./ Purpose The seasonal application reader will be trained by the MBA Admissions team to evaluate applications in a holistic manner, including the review of resume, college transcripts, personal essay, recommendation letter, and other application components.

Responsibilities

• The seasonal reader is expected to commit to 15 hours per week during application review periods (mid October to June) with breaks in between rounds:
• Round One read window:

October 20, 2025 - November 21, 2025

• Round Two read window:

January 20, 2026 - February 27, 2026

• Round Three read window:

April 6, 2026 - April 24, 2026

• Round Four rolling window:

May 1, 2026 - June 1, 2026

• All training and review will be conducted remotely.
• Weekly check-ins with the team will be required.
• The seasonal reader will serve as the initial reader of the application files, submitting thorough and detailed evaluative notes.
• The reader will need to maintain steady and frequent communication with the admissions office and be receptive to guidance and feedback from the admission staff.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree is required
• Knowledge of top MBA programs in the U.S./the Texas McCombs MBA
• The candidate must have a reliable computer that can access reading systems with access to reliable high speed internet connection
• Ability to work successfully with little supervision
• Extreme Attention to detail and the ability to exercise sound judgment
• Commitment to a fair review process
• Must reside in the United States
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of international education systems

Salary Range

• $30.00/hour

Working Conditions

• This part-time position is fully remote, work hours are flexible, and is not eligible for benefits
