Job Summary

As an International Voice Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be empowered to think like an owner, solving problems and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring that customers have an effortless experience every time

  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and provide effective solutions
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external customers, using excellent English communication skills
  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing work to ensure productivity and department standards
  • Use a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Type accurately and efficiently, with good typing skills
  • Work in shifts, including over time and night shifts, and be flexible to adapt to changing business needs

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum qualification of 10+2

  • Any graduate/PG is eligible to apply
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
  • Ability to work in shifts, including over time and night shifts
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work to ensure productivity and department standards
  • Good comprehension skills, with the ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately
  • Ability to use a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Good typing skills
