Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Client Support and Operations Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling various tasks related to data entry, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met

  • Handle various tasks related to data entry, including tagging and registration, boarding, baggage handling, and reservations
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations, including communicating with colleagues, resolving issues, and providing support as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, flight schedules, and baggage handling details
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including working on special projects and contributing to process improvements

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently, with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field

  • Knowledge of air travel industry procedures and regulations
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages commonly spoken in the United States
