Key Responsibilities

As a work-from-home customer service representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of contracts, providing exceptional customer service to Fortune 500 companies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound phone calls, responding to chat messages, and resolving customer inquiries via email
  • Interacting with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences

Schedule Flexibility

We understand that work-life balance is essential, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. You'll have the freedom to create a schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours.

Earnings and Revenue

As a blithequark contractor, you'll earn competitive hourly rates, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, depending on the client and your performance metrics. You'll also have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a work-from-home customer service representative at blithequark, you'll need to possess:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A proven track record in customer service, delivering outstanding customer care
  • Keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a friendly, empathetic tone
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and a resourceful mindset
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computer applications and software

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

  • A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
  • A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
  • A valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

To maintain a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to:

  • Provide a quiet, uninterrupted space
  • Maintain an organized desk area

Please note that we are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. We are able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.

Contractual Relationship

As a blithequark contractor, you'll be considered an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other employment-related expenses. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
