Job Summary
As a Patient Access Coordinator, you will play a critical role in scheduling patient appointments and providing general patient support in a telephonic environment. You will work collaboratively with multiple medical client partners to ensure seamless communication and exceptional patient care. This is a remote (work-at-home) position, and we are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time shifts.
Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of calls per day (75+ calls/day) using a multi-line phone
- Accurately schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client-specific protocols
- Gather and input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system
- Listen and report complex clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor/client partner
- Assist callers and navigate them to appropriate resources
- Concisely and accurately document call activity, outcomes, and other notes as needed in client system
- Work collaboratively with co-workers to meet the goals and objectives of the department
- Meet attendance and performance standards

Starting Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour, with Quarterly Bonuses based on attendance & performance.
Required Qualifications
* At least 6 months of experience in a customer/patient service environment
- Strong Internet Speed & access to router via Ethernet Cord (Minimum speed: 20mbps Download & 6mbps Upload)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in bolthires Office or an EMR
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail
- Call Center experience
- High call volume experience
