Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding support to ensure a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer systems and technology
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
