Job Description

As a part-time Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and professionalism
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information
  • Liaising with the technical team to handle complex issues

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and professionalism

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Liaise with the technical team to handle complex issues

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset

Essential Qualifications:

* High school degree or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated

  • Previous experience in a customer support role is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
