Job Description

As an entry-level data entry specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for inputting and updating data into our company databases, verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. You will also be expected to meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets, collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity, and generate reports and provide data insights as needed.

Requirements

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 WPM
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in related fields is a plus
