Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive at Blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues to ensure their satisfaction. This role is vital to maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services
  • Utilizing active listening skills to understand customer concerns and needs
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support teams as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment
