This role on the Foodservice Trade team is responsible for the accounting of Local customers within the Away-from-Home channel, while maintaining an effective and efficient control environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and record manual journal entries to ensure accuracy of financials
  • Monitor periodic accruals and advances for proper accounting
  • Prepare periodic balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Support KPMG and BPC audit requests and inquiries on a timely basis
  • Preparation of HFM reporting schedules (Q9)
  • Provide financial oversight of TPM (Trade payment management) systems.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve productivity and efficiencies across the team, as well as support new initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,900 - $128,700.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required (MBA/CPA a Plus)
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Proficient in Excel, SAP and Business Objects and/or able to learn new systems quickly and thoroughly
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
