• Ensuring that resource requirements needed to support a particular project are in place for all projects
• Providing ongoing written and verbal status updates to senior leadership

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in project and program management, preferably in the healthcare technology sector
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects and programs
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and people management skills
• A detailed understanding of software implementation projects and related methodologies
• Strong influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to gain acceptance of others and hold them accountable in sensitive situations

Preferred Qualifications
