Job Type and Working Hours

This is a Part-Time, Remote Position with evening hours, approximately 4 PM – 9 PM (20-25 hours per week). As a Part-Time Evening Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Evening Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Conducting follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved
  • Assisting with other customer service tasks as needed
  • Contributing to team meetings and training sessions
