Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst – Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and analyzing digital documents and related data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Reviewing data and documents for errors and inconsistencies, and taking corrective action as needed
• Entering, correcting, and formatting data from source documents into our proprietary templates
• Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Consistently meeting individual and team performance objectives, and identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Becoming familiar with blithequark's tools and systems, including our proprietary AI platform
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve our workflow and processes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in typing and using digital word processors, such as Microsoft Word and/or Google Documents
• Strong knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Preferred Qualifications
