• Conducting appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to accommodate their needs
• Becoming fluent in financial products, including obtaining necessary licenses such as Life and Series 6, with the option to obtain additional licenses such as Series 26, 63, and 65
• Training and onboarding new hires, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles
• Developing new hires into key team members, providing guidance and support as they grow and develop in their careers
