Job Type and Location

This is a full-time remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and professional support.
  • Assist customers with booking flights and other travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers about flight changes, cancellations, or delays, providing clear and concise information.
  • Provide information about our services and promotions, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction, sharing best practices and feedback.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Education and Experience
