Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Consultants Team Lead to partner with our Marketing team on direct marketing targeting strategies. As a subject matter expert in targeting and eligibility processes, you will provide recommendations and solutions to help marketing reach their goals. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate customer list execution and delivery, resolving complex problems, and identifying process improvements that drive efficiency and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with marketing on targeting and eligibility for benefit reinforcement and spend campaigns targeted to Consumer and Commercial customers, including research on new data elements, reviewing segmentation in mail plans, meeting with risk and analytic partners, and helping marketers submit requests accurately in our eligibility platforms.
  • Review all list request submissions for accuracy, finalize with marketing, and provide clear instructions to list execution team members to code and create files for delivery.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to platform transformation teams and participate in testing and campaign migration to new platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and research any data anomalies or customer complaints.
  • Identify process efficiencies and opportunities to simplify or reduce the number of list requests from marketing to free up capacity.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong understanding of marketing operations and strategic thinking.
  • Experience working with data and marketing platforms, such as Unica or Redpoint.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A "can-do" attitude and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong relationship and communication skills with consulting expertise.
  • A process improvement mindset and ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

We also look for:

  • Experience with big data platforms and programming languages, such as Hive, PySpark SQL, etc.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and customer experience platforms.
  • Certifications in marketing operations or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $155,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
