About the Role: Customer Support Executive

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in identifying teaching and learning needs and designing strategies to drive ongoing improvements in training. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and recommend corporate and client-specific curriculum, manage complex projects, and collaborate with leadership to support employee learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure positive customer experience and high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores through first-call resolution and proper escalation of complaints, Adverse Events, and submission of appropriate help desk tickets.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media in accordance with program standards, providing timely and effective support.
  • Independently resolve issues within scope at the time of interaction, demonstrating expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Participate in knowledge updates, training, coaching plans, and roundtables to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices.
  • Reliably adhere to the schedule provided by operations to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, and contribute to a high-performing team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications, or Technology).
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and help desk ticketing systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in training and development, instructional design, or adult education.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., healthcare, finance).
  • Certifications in customer service, technical support, or a related field (e.g., ITIL, HDI).
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
