Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
  • Provide technical and non-technical assistance to clients, resolving issues and delivering satisfying solutions
  • Treat customers with respect, following blithequark's policies and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and continuously improve our support services
  • Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (although not essential, as training and coaching will be provided)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience working with technical products or services
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
