As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing timely and courteous support to our valued customers. Schedule and Compensation Details

We offer an attractive hybrid work solution that provides the best of both worlds. Our schedule includes:

  • Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday
  • Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday
  • Competitive pay rate of $26 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your typical day will include:

  • Processing product complaints through various communication channels
  • Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner
  • Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information
  • Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed
  • Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints

Qualifications

  • Have at least 6 months of customer service experience
