Key Responsibilities

As an ATS Startup Project Manager, your primary objectives will include:

• Own projects from kickoff to close-out, ensuring timely and to-standard project handover to Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) operational teams
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate planning meetings, scope efforts, set project priorities, achieve milestones, and drive delivery
• Execute with Customer Obsession to ensure a seamless project handover, while assessing issues that may impede a successful project handover and escalating through leadership with actionable resolutions
• Coordinate and control Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for a turn-key solution, ensuring the highest levels of Associate readiness
• Deliver on a budget for operational improvements to finishes, furnishings, and equipment, employing frugality throughout
• Travel up to 80% across various regions, with a valid driver's license, to support project execution and meet with stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

• A strong background in project management, with experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams

• A proven track record of driving project execution, standardization, and process improvement, with a focus on delivering results and meeting KPIs

Preferred Qualifications
