Experienced First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representative – Work from Home Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
As an FNOL Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving and processing inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL
- Communicating effectively with customers and entering data accurately into our customized database
- Reporting underground damage to locate companies when applicable
- Providing outstanding service to customer representatives
- Analyzing photos and mapping the correct location
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including talk time, not ready time, and service level
Tiered Support Bonus System
Our tiered support bonus system rewards you for your hard work and dedication. Earn bonuses based on total fees generated across CMR during the month:
- Level 1: $105
- Level 2: $150
- Level 3: $205
FNOL Incentive Program
Take your performance to the next level with our FNOL Incentive Program. Earn an additional $10 per day for meeting or exceeding performance metrics, paid on the 5th of the following month.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months to 1 year of previous customer service call center experience
- Advanced phone and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent reading skills; must be able to read and follow a script
- Ability to analyze and interpret photos to determine damage
- Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free; a typing test will be required
- Fully competent with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches
- Experience with Microsoft Teams a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
