Key Responsibilities

As a Telechat / Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. Your main role will be to ensure that our customers have a positive and seamless experience while interacting with our brand. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming chat messages in a timely and professional manner: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and providing timely support through our live chat platform.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies: You will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies, ensuring that our customers have a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Effectively promote and upsell products to increase sales: You will have the opportunity to promote and upsell our products, increasing sales and revenue for blithequark.
  • Assist customers with placing orders and tracking shipments: You will assist customers with placing orders and tracking shipments, ensuring that their experience is seamless and hassle-free.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy: You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues, providing patient and empathetic support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document and escalate customer feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction: You will document and escalate customer feedback and suggestions, using this information to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Telechat / Live Chat Representative, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required: You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a chat or call center environment: You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a chat or call center environment.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately: You will need to possess strong written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities: You will need to be able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities, ensuring that you provide timely and professional support to our customers.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic: You will need to be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems: You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software systems, including our live chat platform.
  • Knowledge of plastics industry is a plus: While not required, knowledge of the plastics industry is a plus, as you will be working with customers who have specific questions and concerns about our products and services.
