Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through:

  • Handling inbound calls and engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Providing elevated levels of product and service knowledge to communicate the benefits and features of blithequark's offerings
  • Enhancing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals
  • Providing outstanding client care by answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to established procedures and protocols

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship-building, and strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated success in a client care and sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the capacity to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in an online setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
