Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through:
- Handling inbound calls and engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences

- Enhancing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals

- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to established procedures and protocols
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship-building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success in a client care and sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the capacity to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in an online setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
