Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates, responding promptly and professionally to their inquiries and concerns.
• Navigate multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate in a conversational manner, utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed their needs.
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and dedication to making a positive impact on the customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM)
