About Snowbridge and the Role

As a Service Technician - CIPP, you'll play a critical role in our operations, responsible for changing out, starting up, maintaining, and repairing drain cleaning and plumbing systems, as well as dewatering jobs and projects. You'll work under the direct supervision of our Field Superintendent, with a focus on ensuring timely and quality service to Snowbridge standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Models safety compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Performs preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of drain cleaning and plumbing systems, including CIPP and dewatering jobs/projects.
  • Operates high-powered equipment such as Hydro-Jetters and Vac-Trucks, and uses robotic cutters and pipe inspection cameras.
  • Installs epoxy pipe liners and performs other related tasks as required.
  • Manages field work for maximum productivity, resolving unusual project issues and relaying information to the Field Superintendent as needed.
  • Maintains accurate and timely records of job functions in Service Titan, Paycor, and on required hard copy forms.
  • Follows up with customers to confirm satisfaction on all jobs/projects.
  • Collaborates with Snowbridge staff, including the Project Foreman and Field Superintendent, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Adheres to Snowbridge Employee Handbook Guidelines and Policies.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid CDL Class A/B or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
  • 3 years of CIPP experience.
  • 3 years of drain cleaning and plumbing experience.
  • Technical expertise in relevant areas, including CIPP, drain cleaning, and plumbing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with Snowbridge staff.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

  • 5 years of CIPP experience.
  • 5 years of drain cleaning and plumbing experience.
  • CDL Class A/B with a driving record meeting Company insurance requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

We're offering a competitive salary of $25-$30 per hour, plus bonus eligibility. Our benefits package includes:
