Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (3:00pm-11:30pm), Thursday, Friday (11:00pm-7:30am)
  • Answering incoming calls and communicating with clients in a respectful, courteous, empathetic, tactful, and professional manner
  • Transferring calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers
  • Maintaining an above-average attendance record
  • Following established standard operating procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma required
  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (phone etiquette)
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized
  • Ability to work well with medical staff, veterans, and elderly

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience working in a medical facility or with a similar population

  • Familiarity with federal regulations and guidelines
  • Experience with call center software and technology
