Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through real-time calls in a virtual, call center environment. You'll be the face of Shopbop, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.00/hour. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the opportunity to work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through real-time calls, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations and solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed departmental goals and performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, both verbally and in writing

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or e-commerce environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and hardware, to provide exceptional customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fashion or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of fashion trends and styles
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
