Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer service and sales support to potential and current customers
  • Consistently deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, billing, and payments, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize your sales skills to identify opportunities and promote services to potential customers
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 1+ years of customer service, call center, or retail experience
  • Minimum 1-year sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple software systems
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues in a professional and calm manner
  • Must respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality at all times

Required Equipment

To work from home successfully, you will need to have the following equipment:

  • A laptop or desktop (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook) with Windows 10
  • Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
  • USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (external or embedded)
  • Smartphone

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The shift patterns are as follows:

  • 9 AM-5:30 PM or 9:30 AM-6:00 PM CST
  • 8-hour shift, day shift, and evening shift options available
