Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Account Specialist to join our team. As a 100% remote role, you can work from anywhere in the US and enjoy the flexibility and autonomy that comes with it. In this position, you will be responsible for managing designated projects, coordinating with internal staff and customers, and providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers after quote delivery to gather necessary information and provide general follow-up support for projects
  • Proactively manage designated projects, ensuring seamless execution and meeting customer expectations
  • Meet with internal staff and customers to discuss project status, provide regular updates, and resolve problems in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinate with various organizational elements to resolve complex customer issues, including complaints, invoice issues, and open follow-up items
  • Keep all stakeholders informed of project status and progress
  • Participate in teams to continuously improve and drive quality into blithequark's customer service

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Higher Secondary Education (High school diploma) or equivalent; some University education preferred
  • 4+ years of Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and tasks successfully
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve complex problems for customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Certifications or training in customer service, project management, or a related field

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for:

  • Annual bonus compensation, with a target of 5% of your base salary
