As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with ease. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the perfect travel documentation.
  • Tag and lift baggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling luggage that may weigh up to 70 pounds.
  • Operate loading bridges, open, close, and secure aircraft doors, and escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Work varying shifts, including early morning to overnight, based on operational needs.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
