Job Title: Associate Attorney

Duties:

  • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, leases, and commercial agreements

  • Advise clients on real estate transactions, entity formation, licensing, and financing

  • Support clients with corporate governance, restructuring, and dissolution

  • Provide legal guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and business planning

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex transactions

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support business operations

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in business and transactional law

  • Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities

  • Attention to detail and dedication to client service

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Oregon

Skills:
