Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with booking, rescheduling, and canceling flights, providing accurate and up-to-date information to meet their needs.

  • Navigating and utilizing various software systems to access and update customer information, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and tools.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and preferences.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus, but not required.
